Announcements:
-Congratulations to the HNS Speech Team - 2025 Class C2 State Champions! HNS sent 7 entries to finals and scored 114 points to win the championship. Plainview was team runner-up with 108 points.
HNS had two event state champions. They were Hazel Hochstein in Persuasive and Dane Gotch and Issac Santiago in Duet Acting.
Other medal winners were:
Entertainment - Cole Heimes, 4th
Informative - Hazel Hochstein, 2nd
Poetry - Ryell Haug, 2nd, Alyk Zach, 4th
Serious Prose - Issac Santiago, 6th
Congratulations to the entire team on a great season. Yesterday was an intense day and you performed like champions. We are proud of all of you. Thank you to everyone who came to support us.
-Monday's golf meet at Beemer has been postponed to April 10th.
-Pony league baseball registration forms will be at the central office. They are due by March 31.
-All State Band in Kearney tomorrow. Band members leaving at 2:00 today.
