Announcements:
-One-act practice will be tonight at 4. Be in the gym ready to start at 4. We will have our public performance Sunday night at 7 p.m. All cast and crew members should be at school at 5 p.m. Sunday. We will have school performances Tuesday. Elementary at 2, High School at 3.
-Attention Big Cat/Little Cat Mentors. There will be a meeting Monday, November 6th during homeroom in the Science Lab. Please see Mr. Kneifl if you cannot be there for whatever reason.
-There will be a girls’ basketball meeting during Home Room today in the gym.
-Attention juniors & seniors! The rep from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion will be here Tuesday, November 7th at 9:00. Please see Mr. Kneifl for a sign-out sheet. The sign-out sheet is due at the end of the day on Monday.
-Anyone wanting to order HNS apparel there are order forms on the counter at the central office. All orders must be in by Monday, November 6.
-Holy Trinity 8th & 9th Grade Confirmation Students: Meet at the Learning Center (location update) on Sunday, Nov 12th at 11:30 am.

-Hartington Newcastle FFA Blood Drive will be Monday, November 13th, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. To be eligible to donate, you must:
·Be at least 16 years of age ·Be in good health ·Weigh at least 120 pounds
·Eat a good meal prior to donate ·Present a form of identification at registration
16 and 17 year olds must have a LifeServe Blood Center Parental/Guardian Permission Form signed by a parent or guardian and bring it back on the 13th. Sign up at the office and pick up a parental permission form.
-KICK OFF THE SEASON WHILE GIVING BACK – BASKETBALL FUN DAY! Skills, Drills & Competition on November 14 at the Hartington City Auditorium. 3rd, 4th & 5th grades are 3:45-pm – 6:00pm; 6th, 7th & 8th grades are 6:15pm – 8:30pm. Cost is $15.00 per student and supper will be served to the participants.
All proceeds will be going to support the Sanford Castle of Care Toys for Tots donation. Sign up forms are being sent home with the elementary. Jr. High can pick up a sign up sheet at the central office.
