-Attention Boys & Girls High School Basketball players: Mrs. Pedersen will be taking button pictures today in the gym during homeroom.
-Congratulations to the following football players who were chosen to be members of the Class D1, District 3 All-District Team:
First Team -- Ethan Koch, Turner Korth, Lincoln McPhillips
Honorable Mention -- Caleb Kalin, Alex Kneifl, Ryan Koch
Mrs. Pedersen will also being taking a group picture of these 6 boys in the gym during homeroom today.
-FFA Students competed yesterday at District Leadership Development Events. We are sending one team and one individual to state: Brooklyn Lammers, Ireland Biltoft, Jayda Bernecker, and Maizie Christensen were the ag demo team received second heading to state, and Mackenzie Sudbeck received 2nd in creed speaking. Other students receiving blue ribbons: Sara Burbach (creed speaking), Freedom Rogers (Jr. public speaking), Gus Creekmore (natural resources speaking). Red ribbons given to Alex Kneifl(extemporaneous speaking) and Kalyn Martinson, Alison Karnes, Kerrigan Hoesing(ag demo)
-Next one-act practice will be Sunday night. Schedule will be posted today.
- Close Up members you need to bring 4 bottles of pop by tomorrow.
-Girls & Boys Basketball at Ponca tonight. Ponca has two gyms so both JV boys and girls will play at 5:15; Varsity Girls at 6:15 with Varsity Boys to follow. Team bus will leave at 3:45
-Girls & Boys Basketball vs. St. Mary’s on Saturday at 6:15pm. JV girls at 4:30; JV boys at 5:10; Varsity girls at 6:15 with Varsity boys to follow.

-Days of Giving will be this Sunday at Newcastle from 9 to 3.
-Student Council will be decorating for Christmas on Sunday, December 3 at 3:00 pm. Please let Sharon know ASAP if you cannot make it!
-Mrs. Peitz and her Homeroom Students are challenging the other homerooms to a door decorating contest. Door must be decorated by end of the school day Monday, December 4. Judges will consider quality of work, creativity and uniqueness of the design. The winning homeroom group will receive pizza on December 18 during homeroom.
