Announcements:

-Congratulations to the HNS bowling teams! On Saturday in Dodge the boys took first and the girls took second.

 

  • Congratulations to Keegan Carl on his 3rd place and Kale Korth on his 5th place at the wrestling meet at Oakland-Craig.

 

-Close Up members your Puffin orders and money are due this Friday, Jan. 28 by noon.

 

-Students attended an all-day Lewis and Clark Conference Honor Band Clinic in Norfolk on Saturday,  After an audition process, students earned first Chair Medals:  Leah Reichle-French Horn, Sam Pinkelman-2nd Trombone, Seth Pinkelman-1st Trombone, Karli Bruning -1st Clarinet. Students who earned 2nd Chair Medals: Kennedy Gotch-1st Clarinet, Ryell Haug-2nd Trumpet, Cole Rosener-2nd Trombone.  A Lewis and Clark Conference Honor Band concert was held at 4:30 PM in the Lifelong Learning Center on the Northeast Community College Campus.

 

 

-Jr. High Basketball today vs. Wynot. Girls ‘A’ starts at 2:00, then ‘B’, Boys ‘A’ & ‘B’. Dismiss the girls at 1:15

 

-Bowling Dual at home at 5:30 tomorrow

 

-Wrestling Meet @ Wakefield tomorrow at 6pm

 

-HS Basketball vs. Plainview tomorrow. Game order: JV girls – 4:15; JV boys-4:45; Varsity girls – 6:15; Varsity boys to follow.
