-The HNS speech team placed 2nd out of 16 schools in the varsity division at the Wausa Invite.

The next meet for HNS is Saturday in Crofton.
-It's FCCLA week! Each day we will have one trivia question on the announcements. We will draw a winner each day for a cat snack. Today's question is "What year did FCCLA officially start?" If you know the answer, turn it into the bucket at the front office.
-There will be a FCCLA logo hidden in the high school each day this week. If you find it, bring it to Ms. Mecseji for a prize.
-FCCLA Staff and Teacher Appreciation Breakfast tomorrow from 7:15 to 7:45AM. FCCLA members that would like to help, please report to Ms. Mecseji's room at 6:50AM.

-Girls Sub-District Basketball starts tonight with HNS playing LCC at Crofton at 6:30. Team bus will leave at 5:00
-Close-Up Meeting today during Homeroom in Ms. Lange’s room.
-Attention Juniors and Seniors! The rep from Wayne State College will be here today at 12:45. Please see Mr. Kneifl for a sign-out sheet if you wish to visit with this rep.
-The HNS Jr. High Basketball Tournament begins tomorrow with HNS girls vs. LCC at 1:30, then HNS boys vs. LCC at 2:45.
-FFA Officers Meeting tomorrow morning.
-Any girls interested in playing softball this summer can pick up a registration form at the office.
-Attention Students in grades 10-11-12: An email went out to your parents about post prom. If you do not have access to a printer to print the forms we have some on the front counter. This includes the outside date form. All forms are due back by March 10!
-Opfer Construction is looking for summer help. Anyone interested please see the poster above the water fountains.
-Anyone interested in working at the swimming pool this summer can pick up an application at the office. Apps are due into the City Office by Wednesday.
