Announcements:

-Yearbook sales have begun. Envelops were sent home and cost is $15 dollars for seniors and $25 for all others. See Mrs. Pedersen or a Yearbook staff member. 

-The boys’ golf team finished 5th out of 15 teams at yesterday's West Point-Beemer Golf Invite.

Congratulations to Reece Morten who won the 14th place medal with a 97.

-The 7-12 Jazz Band earns a 4th place trophy out of 15 schools at Northeast Jazz Festival.  Schools were from South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa for this event.  This is the first time since 2014 HNPS has earned a trophy.  Soloist awards were Seth Pinkelman, Issac Santiago, and Alan Santiago.  Two of three Judges have to nominate a student for this award in order for them to receive it.

 

-Attention Seniors! A reminder that the Security Bank Scholarship is due this Friday, April 1st. It is due at the end of the day on Friday and should be handed in to Mr. Kneifl.

The Hartington Chamber of Commerce Scholarship is due Monday, April 4th. It too is due at the end of the day and should be handed in to Mr. Kneifl.

It is strongly recommended that all seniors intending to go to any type of college after high school, apply for these scholarships.

 

-These students need to stop in and see Mrs. Peitz today to get your Prom Souvenir: Blake Bermel, Carson Jones, Reece Morten, Jake Peitz, Zoe Ptak, Leah Reichle, Joelle Steiger, Che Cameron, Keegan Carl, Turner Dendinger, Kendryk Hinton, Carsen Hopping, Aida Lammers, Rubi Olsen, Ell Haug & Trevin Scoggan

-Cedar Catholic Track Invite at 1:00. All Track participants will eat at 11:17 before they head up to the complex.

-Winter Academic All State & Conference Basketball pictures will be taken Wednesday during homeroom.

 

-Close-Up Members: your cookie orders will be delivered tomorrow during Homeroom.

 

- National Anthem Video's and required sheets for the VFW must be completed tomorrow. Deadline is Wednesday, March 30.  Mrs. Hahne will stay after school to video record any students interested tomorrow.

-Pierce Honor Band will be held Saturday April 2nd. Load at 7:00 AM, Leave at 7:15 AM. Concert is at Pierce Public School Gym at 3:30 PM.  Admission is $2.00.  Students attending are: Alyk and Trynity Zach, Kora and Cris Kneifl, Kyptin Collier, Josiah Christensen, Allison Huesers, and Mara Droppers.

 

-Holy Trinity Saint Michael 8th & 9th grade Confirmation Students:

All Winter Homework is due this Sunday, April 3. Drop of anytime between 9:45 am- 11:00 am @ Parish Meeting Room.

 

-Attention 8th graders: Save the date for Holy Trinity Parish youth camp. Date is June 27th – July 1st. More information will be coming soon.

 

-Mrs. Cornemann has the homework detention hall for this week.
