-Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country team for their performances at the State meet on Friday! Carson Noecker won with a 14:58, a new meet record, an all-class gold, and the only boy in history to have 4 state gold medals. Cole Rosener finished with an 18:55. The boys’ team placed 10th overall.
Congratulations to Ava Noecker for finishing in the top half of her competition with a 22:38 in 47th place, in front of several of the individuals she's been running with throughout the season!
Thanks to all of those who attended the welcome back celebration on Friday Night! It was a heartwarming way to end our season!
-Sub-District Volleyball begins tonight with HNS playing Crofton at 6pm in Crofton. Team bus will leave at 4:30.
-There will be Jr. High Choir today and tomorrow.
-Any boys in grades 9-12 that are interested in going out for basketball…there will be a meeting tomorrow during homeroom in Mr. Fincher’s room.
-Attention Juniors & Seniors! The rep from Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota will be here tomorrow at 1:00. See Mr. Kneifl for a sign-out sheet if you wish to visit with this rep.
-There will be a student council meeting on Wednesday during homeroom in the Commons.
-This week’s Positivity Project character strength is Creativity. The character strength of Creativity means that you come up with new and original ways to think about and do things.
Creative people can look at the world in original ways. They are open to new experiences and have an imaginative and independent thought process. They generate lots of different ideas and can pursue them with energy and enthusiasm.
