-Congratulations to the HNS one-act cast and crew on their runner-up finish in yesterday's conference meet. Congratulations to Lane Heimes for earning one of two outstanding male performer awards yesterday for the conference. Congratulations to the following people for earning outstanding performance certificates: Turner Dendinger, Alexus Hans, Cole Heimes, Lane Heimes, Carsen Hopping, Riley Krause, Mani Lange, Alivia Morten, and Dayton Sudbeck. Great job to the entire cast and crew! Best performance so far. The next performance is Monday, November 21 at the home triangular with York and David City. HNS will perform at 10:30, David City will perform at 12:30, and York will perform at 2:30. The public is welcome to attend. The next practice will be tomorrow (Thursday) night. Time TBA.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the conference meet a success: Jess Gotch and Kevin Whelchel for doing all the work to get the Newcastle site ready and getting ticket takers, the student council and Sharon Lammers and Kari Ekberg for concessions, Corey Uldrich, Cody Stappert, and Lori Peitz for their help running the meet, Rhea Lange and the Booster Club for providing hospitality, Brandon and Crystal Eickhoff for the use of their trailer, and to everyone else who helped in some way.
